Job Description
- Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations
- Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems
- Review and update our employment contracts and agreements
- Prepare budgets by department
- Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
- Track for Attendance, Bio metric system
- Payroll Management
- Maintaining the leave record & leave cards
- Handling the Statutory Compliance, Maintaining loan, advance and canteen record
- Making the full and final Settlements
- Submitting all the returns under Factories Act
- Contract labor returns, Labor welfare returns, employment exchange return, apprentice returns, PF monthly – annual return, Bonus return Labor RC renewal, Factory License renewal, New Joining Formality Requirements
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools
- Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs
- Good knowledge of labor legislation
- Leadership abilities
- First Cable Industry candidate preferable.
