Job Description
- Need to oversee and manage IR and Admin functions covering hospitality, security, transportation of staff at Project Sites
- Shall be conversant with existing Labour Laws and statutory compliance in construction industry and utilize the same for formulation of Strategies
- Oversee the Management of large number of workers across the country
- Need to plan and lead Mobilization and Demobilization of Construction Project Sites
- Need to liaison with Senior L&T Management, Govt and statutory bodies, Vendors for IR & Admin functions
- Computer literate with good drafting skills in English and Hindi
- Formulate strategies for betterment of IR and Admin Functions and manpower planning
- Shall be leading a team of about 20nos. IR & Admin Personnel deputed at various sites
- Candidate should be from Indian Army background with rank not less than colonel
- Age should not more than 50
- The total experience band will be upto 30 years
- Candidate should have corporate work exp of around 8-10 years from total work experience
- The salary range will max. 35 Lakhs PA
