Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategy in line with business strategy
- Responsible for driving all People Processes, Initiatives, Employee Relations, Harmonious IR, Statutory Compliances, Liaison with external stakeholders, Plant HR and General Admin
- Competency mapping to support the business and build engagement
- To lead the HR for strategic & operational demand management, workforce planning, talent acquisition/recruitment, on-boarding
- Strategic HRM & Employee Lifecycle Management with a key focus on talent management, optimal utilization of resources
- Leading HR Generalist profile including Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Performance Appraisal, Training & Development, Policy Making, Industrial relations, and MIS
