Job Description
Statutory Compliance
(1) Ensure Statutory Compliance through coordination with Branches, HR Ops and FMG team.
i) Liasoning with required statutory authorities or as directed
ii) Responding to various Notices from Authorities ensuring closure on the gaps
(2) Analysis of trends in Compliance and devise corresponding action plan.
(3) Audit of PF and other vendors on Statutory Compliance.
Employee Relations
(1) Dealing with cases reported on employees, conduct investigations and closure with actions as per the Process laid down
i) Assisting in analysis of cases and making trend charts and also possible policy corrections.
ii) Work independently on certain Disciplinary processes which are laid down and also do periodic checks to ensure employee risk mitigation.
iii) Assisting in investigations in certain cases as and when required
Others
(1) Assisting in documentation of all case and compliance documents (Disciplinary Action Sheet, relevant case study papers and/or opinions if required) for Audit Compliance.
(2) Creating MIS for reporting to Senior Management.
• Skills and Knowledge :- (1) Practical and working knowledge of Labour Laws.
